Provide New Professional Wastewater Treatment Technologies

Our technology is widely applied in small to medium-sized wastewater treatment plants, utilizing integrated design to meet site-specific requirements and allowing for easy expansion and retrofitting. It is capable to provide adaptable solutions tailored to customer site layouts, capable of meeting emission standards for SS and total phosphorus in small to medium-sized wastewater plants, with a typical processing capacity of 500-5000m3/day.

专精特新核心技术

Product Advantages

Highly Integrated System

The integrated filter system is mainly comprised of multiple functional modules such as denitrification units, control units, and auxiliary equipment without additional costs, providing high-efficiency one-stop services for users.

Prefabricated and Preassembled Parts

Standardized design, management, and production within the factory ensure strict control over product quality, while centralized management and transportation of products guarantee reliability of delivery.

Shorterned Construction Period

After leaving the factory, integrated equipment can quickly undergo microbial cultivation and be put into use with simple adjustment by engineers. There is no need for cumbersome civil construction on-site, reducing user time costs.

Increased Compactness

Integrated equipment organically interlocks various functional modules, and its overall design has been optimized to ensure maximum compatibility with sewage plants when addressing expansion tasks, which is of great significance for the rational allocation of land resources.

How it works

The integrated filter system combines different technical principles to achieve comprehensive water treatment goals, effectively removing suspended solids and particulate matter while allowing for easy automatic backwashing and management. This integrated design makes the equipment more flexible and efficient in practical applications.

The core of integrated filtration system
is the filtering units.

01
Filter media can be in various forms such as silica sand, ceramsite, activated carbon, etc. As water passes through the filter media layer, suspended solids and other impurities are trapped by the media thus purifying the water.
02
Pollutants accumulate on the filter media over time, diminishing its effectiveness. At this point, the filter bed needs to undergo backwashing, which involves three stages: air flush, air-water combined flush, and water flush. This process flushes out the pollutants trapped on the surface of the filter media and the aging biofilm from the system, restoring the filtration capability of the filter bed.
03
The filter bed is equipped with an independent PLC control system which is responsible for the automatic operation of the filter without supervision, thus reducing operational costs.

Application

Integrated Filter Series ModFil™

Widely deployed in small to medium-sized wastewater treatment plants, the integrated design caters to on-site space constraints while offering easy scalability for expansion and renovations. Tailored solutions adaptable to customer site layouts are provided to meet the discharge standards for suspended solids (SS), total nitrogen, and total phosphorus in small to medium-sized sewage plants, typically handling water plant scale ranging from 500 to 5000m³/day.
